[Abstract]:The beauty of leadership is the advanced form of social beauty, and the beauty of truth, goodness and beauty is the highest realm of leadership. The art of leadership has distinct aesthetic characteristics and rich and colorful aesthetic forms.The proposition of leadership aesthetics elevates aesthetics to a new level and reflects the essence and purpose of leadership.
