决策认识机制构建的路径探析

【摘要】：人们做出正确决策的前提是决策认识要科学、合理与正确。只有决策认识没有失误,才能决策科学。研究决策认识的目的是防止决策认识失误并使决策认识最终变成决策实践。实现这一目标的最有效的办法就是尝试研究和建立决策认识机制。决策认识机制是指决策认识的各主体以及主客体之间就形成相对科学和正确的决策认识而发生的所有关系的总和。决策认识机制构建的路径包括:完善科学决策认识机制;规范决策认识程序机制;构建决策认识评判机制;严格决策认识监督机制;建立决策认识责任机制。
[Abstract]:The premise of making the correct decision is that the decision understanding should be scientific, reasonable and correct. Only the decision understanding without mistakes can make the decision science. The purpose of the decision understanding is to prevent the decision understanding error and make the decision understanding become the decision practice. The most effective way to realize this goal is to try to study and establish the decision understanding. Mechanism. Decision understanding mechanism refers to the sum of all the relations between the subjects of decision understanding and the formation of relative scientific and correct understanding between the subject and the object. The path of decision understanding mechanism includes: perfecting the understanding mechanism of scientific decision, regulating the mechanism of decision understanding procedure, constructing the decision-making mechanism of cognition and judging the mechanism; strict determination We should establish a mechanism for recognizing knowledge and responsibility.
