【摘要】：正随着时代的发展和科学技术的进步,领导者面临的外部环境正在发生深刻的变化,要想获得有效的领导力,领导者必须调整或转变权力的运用方式,以适应这种新的变化。首先,信息技术的发展改变了领导者的决策环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the external environment that leaders are facing is undergoing profound changes. In order to obtain effective leadership, leaders must adjust or change the way of using power to adapt to this new change. First of all, the development of information technology has changed the decision-making environment of leaders.
