领导干部信息素质及其培养

【摘要】：在社会信息化日愈深入的当今时代,信息素质已经成为领导干部必备的基本素质。领导干部素质的高低,将直接决定党的各项事业的成败,关系中华民族复兴大业的兴衰。本文在借鉴国内外有关研究成果的基础上,重点归纳了领导干部信息素质的主要内容,分析了我国领导干部信息素质现状中存在的七个主要问题,并提出了相应的改进对策和措施。
[Abstract]:In the era of social informatization, information quality has become the basic quality of leading cadres. The quality of leading cadres will directly determine the success or failure of the Party's various undertakings and the rise and fall of the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main contents of the information quality of the leading cadres, and analyzes the seven main problems existing in the present situation of the information literacy of the leading cadres in our country. And put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures and measures.
