[Abstract]:The development of modern incentive means and renewal of Mei Haitao to enhance vitality, improve efficiency and arouse enthusiasm are the important goals of the current administrative system reform. All successful leaders are good at using incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the organization members in order to achieve the goal of leadership and management. Motivating people to start a business by meeting their material needs can work for a while, but it works.
