【摘要】：领导干部如果没有战略思维能力 ,是很难做好工作的。领导干部战略思维能力的提高 ,除了在实践中磨炼外 ,主要是学习理论 ,尤其是学习世界无产阶级革命导师和我党老一辈革命家的战略思想和实践。毛泽东、邓小平是我们党举世公认的伟大战略家。他们在不同历史阶段 ,在许多重要历史关头 ,为中国制定战略规划 ,功勋卓著 ,经验丰富。学习毛泽东、邓小平战略思想 ,主要是学习他们制定战略规划的基本立场、观点和方法。这无疑对提高领导干部的战略思维能力是非常重要的。理论工作者应加强对毛泽东、邓小平战略思想的研究 ,为人们的学习提供更多更好的精神产品
[Abstract]:If leading cadres do not have the ability of strategic thinking, it is very difficult to do a good job. The improvement of the leading cadres' strategic thinking ability is mainly to study the theory, especially the strategic thought and practice of the world proletarian revolutionary mentor and our party's older revolutionaries, in addition to being honed in practice. Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping is a great strategist recognized by our party all over the world. They have made strategic plans for China at various historical stages and at many important historical points, with outstanding achievements and rich experience. Learn Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping strategic ideas, mainly to learn their strategic planning of the basic position, views and methods. This is undoubtedly very important to improve the strategic thinking ability of leading cadres. The theorists should strengthen the study of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's strategic thought, and provide more and better spiritual products for people's study.
