【摘要】：正烧好“三把火”,意味着已有了一个好的开端,“良好的开端就是成功的一半”。新官上任,人地生疏,工作不再像过去那样驾轻就熟得心应手,新问题,新矛盾、新困难会接踵而至。新官如能深入实际,调查研究,掌握必要的信息,弄清事物的现状、特点,本质和它的来龙去脉,切中时弊地抓住几个重点难点或热点问题,烧它“三把火”,往往能烧热自身,烧暖人心,烧好开局,烧红“炉膛”,取得事半功倍之效。烧“三把火”要正确协调和处理好工作中的几个关系:一是全局与局部的关系;二是重点与一般的关系;三是当前与长远的关系;四是多数与少数的关系。当然,新官上任,急功近利,不计大局,为了树立自己的形象和威信,不问青红皂白,唯“三把火”
[Abstract]:Burning the three fires means a good start. A good start is half of success. New officials take office, people are new, work is no longer as easy as in the past, new problems, new contradictions, new difficulties will follow. If a new official can go deep into reality, investigate and study, grasp the necessary information, make clear the present situation, characteristics, nature and background of things, catch several key difficulties or hot issues in a timely and harmful manner, and burn them on the "three fires." Often can heat themselves, warm people, burn the opening, burning "furnace", achieve twice the result with half the effort. To burn the "three fires," we must correctly coordinate and handle several relations in our work: first, the relationship between the overall situation and the local situation; second, the relationship between the emphasis and the general; third, the relationship between the present and the long term; and the fourth, the relationship between the majority and the minority. Of course, the new officials take office, eager to achieve immediate benefits, regardless of the overall situation, in order to establish their own image and prestige, do not ask indiscriminate, only "three fires"
