基于大学生领导力开发的《领导学》教学改革省思

【摘要】：《领导学》课程有助于提高当代大学生综合素质,培养其思考问题、解决问题的能力,从而提升社会整体竞争力,也是大学生领导力开发的重要渠道之一。但由于起步较晚等原因,当前中国高校的《领导学》课程教学仍然存在认识不深入、偏重理论课程,以及忽视实践教学和课程设置等问题,对大学生领导力开发的效能发挥不足。为了有效开发大学生领导力,应该从全面推广《领导学》课程,提升学生重视程度,充分发挥实践教育作用和完善课程体系这几方面入手,推进《领导学》教学改革。
[Abstract]:The course of "leadership Studies" is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students, to cultivate their ability to think and solve problems, and thus to enhance the overall competitiveness of society. It is also one of the important channels for the development of college students' leadership. However, due to the late start, there are still some problems in the teaching of "leadership course" in Chinese universities, such as the lack of deep understanding, the emphasis on theoretical courses, and the neglect of practical teaching and curriculum design, etc. The effectiveness of leadership development for college students is inadequate. In order to develop college students' leadership effectively, we should promote the teaching reform of "leadership" from the following aspects: popularizing the course of leadership, enhancing the degree of students' attention, giving full play to the role of practical education and perfecting the curriculum system.
