半虚拟团队的领导行为分析

【摘要】:半虚拟团队广泛地存在于科研、企业等领域。它不仅具有实体团队的实体性,也具有虚拟团队的虚拟性,其双重特征决定了适用于实体团队或虚拟团队的领导行为都不能完全适用于半虚拟团队。与之相适应的领导行为是多种领导行为的有机综合体。根据行为复杂理论,半虚拟团队的领导者需要掌握一套综合的、动态的、可转换的领导行为。
[Abstract]:Semi-virtual teams widely exist in scientific research, enterprises and other fields. It not only has the entity of the entity team, but also has the virtual nature of the virtual team. Its dual characteristics determine that the leadership behavior applicable to the entity team or the virtual team can not be fully applied to the semi-virtual team. The corresponding leadership behavior is an organic synthesis of many kinds of leadership behaviors. According to behavioral complexity theory, semi-virtual team leaders need to master a comprehensive, dynamic, transferable leadership behavior.
