《左传》领导思想简述

【摘要】：《左传》是中国历史上以春秋为纲编写的一部历史著作,书中蕴含着丰富而深刻的领导思想,主要包括忠民听民,以民为本;为政以德,不患无人;德刑兼施,宽猛相济;善于谋划,勇于决断;选贤任能,上下协力;和而不同,以成其政等方面。当前,学习和研究《左传》中的领导思想,对于我们更好地掌握领导规律,提高领导工作水平,仍然有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:"Zuo Zhuan" is a historical work written in the spring and Autumn Period in China. The book contains rich and profound leadership ideas, mainly including the loyalty of the people to the people, the people as the base, the political morality, no one, the moral and the punishment, and the courage to make a decisive decision. Studying and studying leadership thought in Zuo Zhuan is still of great significance for us to better grasp the law of leadership and improve the level of leadership.
