找准激励的“黄金分割点”

【摘要】：在激励活动中，找准“黄金分割点”，会最大程度地调动人的积极因素，实现团结和谐，形成群体合力。具体来说，要把握好群体激励与个体激励的最佳结合点，，把握好有形激励与无形激励的最佳结合点，把握好正向激励与负向激励的最佳结合点。把握好对上激励与对下激励的最佳结合点，把握好重点激励与一般激励的最佳结合点，把握好低层次激励与高层次激励的最佳结合点。
[Abstract]:In the incentive activities, finding the "golden section" will mobilize the positive factors of people to the greatest extent, realize unity and harmony, and form collective joint forces. Specifically, we should grasp the best combination point of group incentive and individual incentive, the best combination point of tangible incentive and invisible incentive, and the best combination point of positive incentive and negative incentive. We should grasp the best combination of upper and lower incentives, the best combination of key incentives and general incentives, and the best combination of low and high levels of incentives.
