[Abstract]:Since the fourth Plenary session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the National Conference on the Construction of Rural Grass-roots organizations, various localities, in accordance with the Central Committee's plans and the "five good" objectives, have taken effective measures closely around getting well-off from poverty and becoming rich. To rectify the weak and paralyzed state of the Party branch as the focus, comprehensive strengthening of rural grassroots organizations.
