【摘要】：诚心做群众的学生苏文忠常听到一些领导讲这样的话：现在的人难管，现在的领导难当。赞同者似乎还不少。但认真想想这句话，觉得存在这样一个问题：是不是这些领导和群众之间有了距离或隔阂？是不是这些领导觉得自己本来比群众高明些？好象这些人是专门来管人的，比群众高...
[Abstract]:Su Wenzhong, a sincere student of the masses, often hears some leaders say that people are difficult to manage and leaders are hard to manage. But when you think about this sentence, you think there is a question: is there a distance or estrangement between these leaders and the masses? Do these leaders feel that they are better than the masses? It'seems that these people are specially in charge of people and are higher than the masses.
