关于“卓越领导者”理论的几个问题

【摘要】:“卓越领导”理论是领导理论发展的最新阶段,已成为当今领导科学研究的关键问题。有关领导理论大致可以分为特质理论、行为理论、权变理论、变革理论和卓越理论等阶段,分别研究追随能力、直接领导能力、权变领导力、变革领导力到卓越领导力,体现了理论研究的历史与逻辑的统一。在组织层次中,每一更高职位层次所需要的领导能力都是在较低层次的能力基础之上的发展和提高,这使得领导职业生涯发展成为一种连续的、更加复杂的发展过程,需要领导者不断调整和“突破”,承担新的角色。
[Abstract]:The theory of "outstanding leadership" is the latest stage of the development of leadership theory and has become a key issue in the research of leadership science. The leadership theory can be divided into three stages: trait theory, behavior theory, contingency theory, change theory and excellence theory. It embodies the unity of history and logic of theoretical research. At the organizational level, the leadership skills required for each higher level of position are developed and improved on the basis of lower levels of competence, which makes leadership career development a continuous and more complex process of development. Leaders need to constantly adjust and "break through" to assume a new role.
