真诚领导研究的理论回顾及评价

【摘要】：本文综合了国内外核心刊物上有关真诚领导的研究文献,综述了其概念发展、影响效应及机制,对研究现状进行了分析,并在最后总结现有的研究成果,评述真诚领导理论的发展空间。
[Abstract]:This paper synthesizes the research literature about sincere leadership in core journals at home and abroad, summarizes its concept development, influence effect and mechanism, analyzes the present research situation, and finally summarizes the existing research results. Comment on the development space of sincere leadership theory.
