[Abstract]:Attitude and method to complain Qin Jinbao, like anything else, is a contradictory unity. It also has advantages and disadvantages, positive and negative aspects of the content. Because whining originally appeared as a negative aspect, people have a clearer understanding of its negative role than of its positive role, so leaders should attach great importance to it, analyze it carefully, grasp the situation, communicate information, and say so.
