[Abstract]:The quality requirements of the leading cadres across the century should be more characteristic of the times. Wei Hong's "Constitution of the Party" stipulates the basic conditions that the leading cadres at all levels of the Party should have. Generally speaking, these basic conditions reflect the political, ideological quality, style, ability, character and other qualities that leaders at all levels of the Party should possess, and embody the political firmness and advanced behavior that they should have. The Party shall be selected according to these conditions.
