【摘要】：正“火车跑得快,全靠车头带”,车头的重要人人皆知;而对一个单位来讲,“头儿”(领导的俗称)的素质高低、能力大小、形象好坏,关系着该单位及其事业的兴衰,档案局馆也不例外。由于我们的档案事业起步迟、封闭久,钱、财、物“三难”当头,使得档案局馆的发展举步维艰。这就更需要配备较强的领导力量,以良好的思想素质、熟练的业务能力、得当的领导艺术,团结、带领档案人员开拓创新,为档案局馆的发展闯出一条新路。我们的事业需要这样的领导——
