提升领导力之我见

【摘要】：正社会、经济的改革与嬗变,使命的加重,任务的艰巨,使得现今尤其是未来领导者的领导力势必面临严峻、多重的挑战。如何有效提升领导力,以应对复杂多变的形势,破解改革发展中的深层次问题,把企业各项事业推向前进,是摆在领导者面前的一项重大而紧迫的现实课题。笔者认为,卓越超凡的决策力、执行力和影响力的建树与增强,乃是建设、提升领导力必须把握好的"三要素"。
[Abstract]:The reform and evolution of the society and economy, the aggravation of the mission and the arduous task make the leadership of the leaders in the present, especially in the future, face severe and many challenges. How to effectively promote leadership, cope with the complex and changeable situation, solve the deep-seated problems in the reform and development, and push forward the enterprise's various undertakings is an important and urgent practical task for the leaders. The author believes that the construction and enhancement of excellent decision-making, execution and influence are the "three elements" that must be grasped in order to enhance leadership.
