【摘要】：正领导的职能是由他所肩负的组织使命和责任决定的。领导是组织管理中的重要管理者,处于这个组织或部门权力的最高层,是这个组织或部门的核心管理者,因此领导的职能应包含管理的职能,准确来说,领导的职能应可保证管理职能全面、有效地履行。
[Abstract]:The leading functions are determined by his organizational mission and responsibilities. Leadership is an important manager in the management of an organization. It is at the highest level of the authority of the organization or department, and is the core manager of the organization or department. Therefore, the function of leadership should include the functions of management. Leadership functions should ensure that management functions are fully and effectively performed.
