领导—部属交换与上下属信任交互发展模型

【摘要】:文章在回顾信任发展、领导-部属交换(LMX)理论文献基础上,将信任发展和领导-部属交换发展视为两个先后继起、相互递进的过程,建立了信任—LMX逻辑关系模型和信任-LMX交互发展模型。并将信任依深浅程度划分为七个不同的层次。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reviewing the development of trust and the theory of leader-subordinate exchange (LMX), this paper regards trust development and leader-subordinate exchange development as two successive and progressive processes. The trust-LMX logical relationship model and the trust-LMX interactive development model are established. Trust is divided into seven different levels according to its depth and depth.
