公平启发式理论及其运用

【摘要】:公平启发式理论是组织公平研究中一个新理论,它主要涉及公平判断的形成和使用问题。该理论认为,人们在面临基本社会困境时会使用不同类型的与公平有关的信息,并快速作出公平判断,这种判断形成后,就会启发人们并对人的行为起导向作用。因此,管理者在管理过程中不仅要重视分配公平,还要考虑分配决策过程的公平,即决策的公开性、一致性和无偏见性。
[Abstract]:The heuristic theory of fairness is a new theory in the study of organizational justice, which is mainly concerned with the formation and use of fair judgment. The theory holds that people will use different types of information related to fairness in the face of basic social difficulties, and make a fair judgment quickly. This kind of judgment will enlighten people and play a guiding role in human behavior. Therefore, in the process of management, managers should not only pay attention to the fairness of distribution, but also consider the fairness of the decision-making process, that is, the openness, consistency and non-bias of decision-making.
