试论领导与管理能力分解及其指标体系

【摘要】:人事测评、特别是企业经营管理者的能力倾向测评由定性逐渐向定性与定量相结合过渡,是高层次人力资源管理科学化、现代化的必然要求。企业经营管理者人力资源管理的定量研究成为发展的必然趋势,是高科技革命带来人事革命的大势所趋。电子信息技术的发展为能力测评由定性到定性与定量相结合创造了条件。
[Abstract]:Personnel evaluation, especially the ability tendency evaluation of enterprise management managers, is a necessary requirement for the scientific and modern management of human resources at a high level. The quantitative study on human resource management of enterprise managers has become an inevitable trend of development and is the general trend of personnel revolution brought by high-tech revolution. The development of electronic information technology creates conditions for the ability evaluation from qualitative to qualitative and quantitative.
