【摘要】：正谈到关系管理,人们似乎总有一种极其微妙的心态,往往把关系管理等同于行贿受贿、走后门、开绿灯等。实际上,只为短线目标的相互利用,是完全失败的关系管理,是关系管理五重境界中的下下之选。领导者如果不能正确地理解关系管理,不仅会在领导力、组织能力和制度建设上陷入事倍功半的境地,甚至会堕入非正当关系圈、权力圈、贪腐圈,造成不可逆转的负面影响和悲剧结局。关系的领导力社会和组织的善治是不同管理模式的有效组合,
