我国农产品绿色流通的金融支持框架构建研究

【摘要】：我国对农产品绿色流通的金融支持表现在银行信贷支持、政策性金融支持及资本市场融资支持三方面,农产品绿色流通金融支持中存在农产品绿色流通金融供需矛盾突出、农产品绿色流通经营主体实力弱,难以找到抵押担保人、银行的信贷产品缺乏创新性、政策性金融服务范围小,缺乏合理的结构、物流保险发展缓慢等问题。文章认为,农产品绿色流通的金融支持框架设计应包括设计思路、两类金融需求者及四大金融供给主体、政府财政支持的途径和措施、完善银行信贷支持体系、鼓励和支持农产品绿色流通大型重点企业直接融资、引导农产品绿色流通保险的发展等内容。
[Abstract]:The financial support for green circulation of agricultural products in our country is manifested in three aspects: bank credit support, policy financial support and capital market financing support, and the contradiction between supply and demand of green circulation finance of agricultural products is prominent in the financial support of green circulation of agricultural products. The main body of green circulation of agricultural products is weak, it is difficult to find mortgage guarantors, the credit products of banks lack of innovation, the scope of policy-oriented financial services is small, the lack of reasonable structure, the development of logistics insurance is slow and so on. The paper holds that the design of financial support framework for green circulation of agricultural products should include design ideas, two types of financial demanders and four major financial suppliers, the ways and measures of government financial support, and the improvement of bank credit support system. Encourage and support the direct financing of large key enterprises in the green circulation of agricultural products and guide the development of green circulation insurance for agricultural products.
