【摘要】：随着全球经济的全球化,各个国家之间的经济联系日益紧密,经济水平的差距不断缩小,创业对于经济发展的作用愈显突出。本翻译报告所选原文为《创业指南——更大,更快,更强》(Get Big Fast and Do More Good)中的第十章,作者是全球著名美容产品品牌Yes To Carrot的创办人,主要介绍了创业过程中经济理论、员工管理、市场营销等方面的专业知识。本翻译报告包括五部分:第一部分简要介绍了翻译项目的背景、意义以及报告的结构;第二部分对原作进行了简要介绍,包括原作作者以及原文的主要内容、文本类型和语言特点;第三部分对译者采用的翻译理论——功能对等论进行介绍;第四部分为翻译的难点,在翻译理论的指导下给出解答;第五部分对全报告的经验教训做出总结,指出未解决的问题。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the global economy, the economic ties between countries are becoming increasingly close, the gap between economic levels is narrowing, and the role of entrepreneurship in economic development is becoming more prominent. Chapter 10th of get Big Fast and do More. The author is the founder of Yes to Carrot, a world-renowned brand of beauty products. He introduces economic theory and employee management in the process of starting a business. This translation report includes five parts: the first part briefly introduces the background, significance and structure of the translation project, the second part gives a brief introduction to the original work. It includes the original author, the main content of the original text, the text type and the language characteristics; the third part introduces the translation theory adopted by the translator-functional equivalence theory, and the 4th part is the difficult point of translation, and gives the answers under the guidance of translation theory. Part 5th summarizes the experience and lessons of the report and points out the unsolved problems.
