河北省物流保险影响因素及对策研究

【摘要】：在京津冀协调发展的大环境下,河北省的商贸物流业将在未来五年内成为河北省的重要支柱产业,相应的保险要求也日渐提高,所以,构建发展机遇下的河北省物流保险刻不容缓。当前河北省物流与物流保险并没有相互契合,两者在诸多方面未能实现协调发展,这对物流业和保险业的发展前景都是不利的。因此,本文从物流保险的供需两方面进行分析,理论与模型相结合,研究河北省物流保险发展的阻碍所在,从而推动物流保险在物流市场上充分实现自身的保障功能,实现河北省物流和保险行业的双赢。本文在对物流及物流保险进行了基本概念的界定后,论述了我国物流行业的发展现状和物流保险的发展历程,具体结合河北省的实际情况,从供给和需求两方面介绍了河北省物流保险在发展过程中存在的问题,河北省物流产业规模持续扩大,但还处在传统物流向现代物流转型的关键时期,高风险存在,对物流保险的需求和要求与日俱增,本文从河北省财险公司规模和物流保险有效需求的角度出发,说明了河北省整个财险市场发展缓慢、物流保险市场占有率不高,且现有的物流保险不论是从数量还是承保范围上来讲都存在问题。在理论论述了河北省物流保险供需两方面的情况后,利用实证分析法,运用stata软件,整理了河北省11个市的相关数据,对最主要的物流保险——货运险的发展进行了面板数据的分析,从影响因素得到了制约货运险发展的主要原因,继而延伸到物流保险,即缺少政策法规的扶持,险种承保范围狭小且缺少创新,保险营销和服务不到位,以及重视程度不够和专业人才的缺乏,并据此提出促进河北省物流保险发展的可行应对措施。本文认为,应利用政策法规规范物流保险,强制保险打开河北省物流保险市场;创新河北省物流保险产品,扩大承保范围;创新河北省物流保险营销模式,建立全方位服务体系;加强河北省保险市场对物流保险的重视,开发培养专业人才。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of coordinated development between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the trade and logistics industry in Hebei Province will become an important pillar industry of Hebei Province in the next five years, and the corresponding insurance requirements are also increasing day by day, so, It is urgent to construct logistics insurance in Hebei Province under the opportunity of development. At present, logistics and logistics insurance in Hebei Province do not agree with each other, and the two fail to achieve coordinated development in many aspects. This is unfavorable to the development prospects of logistics industry and insurance industry. Therefore, this paper analyzes the supply and demand of logistics insurance, combines theory with model, and studies the obstacles to the development of logistics insurance in Hebei Province. In order to promote the logistics insurance in the logistics market to fully realize its own protection function, realize the win-win situation of logistics and insurance industry in Hebei Province. This paper defines the basic concept of logistics and logistics insurance. This paper discusses the development situation of logistics industry and the development course of logistics insurance in China. Combining with the actual situation of Hebei Province, it introduces the problems existing in the development process of logistics insurance in Hebei Province from the two aspects of supply and demand. The scale of logistics industry in Hebei Province continues to expand, but it is still in the critical period of transition from traditional logistics to modern logistics. High risk exists, and the demand and demand for logistics insurance are increasing day by day. From the angle of the scale of property insurance company and the effective demand of logistics insurance in Hebei Province, this paper shows that the whole property insurance market in Hebei Province develops slowly, and the market share of logistics insurance is not high. After discussing the supply and demand of logistics insurance in Hebei Province in theory, using the empirical analysis method, using stata software, the existing logistics insurance has problems in terms of quantity and scope of insurance coverage. This paper collates the relevant data of 11 cities in Hebei Province, analyzes the development of the most important logistics insurance-freight insurance, and obtains the main reasons for restricting the development of freight insurance from the influencing factors, and then extends to the logistics insurance. That is, lack of support from policies and regulations, narrow coverage and lack of innovation, inadequate insurance marketing and services, insufficient attention and lack of professionals, Based on this, the author puts forward the feasible countermeasures to promote the development of logistics insurance in Hebei Province. This paper holds that logistics insurance should be standardized by policies and regulations, compulsory insurance should be opened up in Hebei Province logistics insurance market, and the logistics insurance products of Hebei Province should be innovated. Expand the scope of insurance; innovate the logistics insurance marketing model of Hebei Province, establish a comprehensive service system; strengthen the insurance market in Hebei Province attach importance to logistics insurance, develop and train professionals.
