【摘要】：在基层组织中存在大量的群体不公平问题,群体不公平对组织的负面影响是个体不公平的倍加;群体不公平的产生有复杂的成因,其根本特征是权利与义务不对等;解决群体不公平问题的根本方法是理顺群体与组织以及群体内部的权利义务关系,同时要运用组织制度与机制等措施加以保障。
[Abstract]:There are a large number of group unfair problems in grass-roots organizations, and the negative effects of group injustice on organizations are compounded by individual injustice. The formation of group inequality is complicated, and its fundamental characteristic is that the rights and obligations are not equal; The fundamental method to solve the problem of group injustice is to straighten out the relationship between group and organization and the rights and obligations within the group, and at the same time, to use the organizational system and mechanism to guarantee it.
