【摘要】：对管理的重视,已成为中国社会变革中最为持久的热点,对管理的重视刺激了对高质量管理人才的需求,对管理人才的大量需求又推动了我国高校管理教育的持续发展。在管理学相关课程的教学上,传统的讲授式教学方法已不适用于高质量管理人才的培养,我们对教学方式进行改革。在本文中,笔者《管理学原理》课程的教学为例,对在该课程中推进"翻转课堂"的教学方法进行探讨与实践。
[Abstract]:The emphasis on management has become the most lasting hot spot in the social transformation in China, and the emphasis on management has stimulated the demand for high-quality management personnel. The large demand for management talents has promoted the sustainable development of management education in colleges and universities in our country. In the teaching of management-related courses, the traditional teaching method of lecturing is not suitable for the cultivation of high-quality management talents. In this paper, the author takes the principle of management as an example to discuss and practice the teaching method of "flipping classroom" in this course.
