高职管理专业产教融合模式的问题与对策探索

【摘要】：高职教育区别于本科教育的一点是,高职教育的学生必须着重培养社会前沿的技能,及早接触企业和社会,因此校企合作、产教融合成为高职教育的主题,目前的高职教育基于生源市场紧张和评估体系的推动,虽然有一些校企合作,但只是落到纸面上,落不到实处,而管理类专业的非生产性特点要实现产教融合离校企合作要求是有隔离带的,本文将立足高职管理专业分析产教融合存在的问题,并提出解决方案。
[Abstract]:The difference between higher vocational education and undergraduate education is that the students of higher vocational education must focus on cultivating the advanced skills of society and contact with enterprises and society as soon as possible. Therefore, cooperation between schools and enterprises, integration of industry and education has become the theme of higher vocational education. The current higher vocational education is based on the pressure of the student market and the promotion of the evaluation system. Although there are some cooperation between schools and enterprises, it only falls on paper and does not materialize. In order to realize the integration of industry and education from the cooperation between school and enterprise, there is a separation zone for the non-productive characteristics of the management specialty. This paper will analyze the problems existing in the integration of industry and education based on the specialty of higher vocational management, and put forward the solution.
