【摘要】：以理性主义为本质特征的西方传统管理思想是一种模式管理,以马克思主义实践论为指导思想的管理思想是一种实践管理。模式管理的历史局限性使得马克思主义实践管理的产生成为一种必然,因为,只有马克思主义实践管理才能从根本上超越资本主义的模式管理。
[Abstract]:The western traditional management thought, which is characterized by rationalism, is a kind of mode management. The management thought guided by Marxist theory of practice is a kind of practice management. The historical limitation of mode management makes the production of Marxist practice management inevitable, because, Only Marxist practical management can transcend the capitalist mode management fundamentally.
