【摘要】：一个单位班组长的"质量",将在很大程度上影响着各项工作的开展状况,并在长远意义上决定着管理人才的续接和管理能力的提升。加强对班组长的科学管理,培养其工作意识,对做好本单位的工作具有极大的促进作用。
[Abstract]:The "quality" of a group leader in a unit will greatly affect the development of all kinds of work, and in the long run will determine the continuation of management talents and the improvement of management ability.Strengthening the scientific management of the group leader and cultivating their working consciousness will greatly promote the work of the unit.
