基于灰色系统理论的电力弹性系数影响因素评价

【摘要】：从电力弹性系数的影响因素入手,基于灰色系统理论,采用灰色关联度法,从电力生产和消费两个维度对影响因素进行评价。从电力消费维度,分析不同行业用电量对我国电力消费弹性系数影响程度;从电力生产维度,分析不同电力生产构成对电力生产弹性系数影响程度,并分静态和动态两个视角,结合定量和定性因素,得出我国电力弹性系数的分析切入点,并进行影响因素评价。
[Abstract]:Based on the grey system theory and grey correlation degree method, the influence factors are evaluated from the two dimensions of power production and consumption.From the perspective of electricity consumption, this paper analyzes the degree of influence of electricity consumption in different industries on the elasticity coefficient of electric power consumption in China, and from the dimension of power production, analyzes the degree of influence of different components of power production on the elastic coefficient of electricity production, and divides into static and dynamic perspectives.Combining the quantitative and qualitative factors, the starting point of the analysis of the power elasticity coefficient in China is obtained, and the influence factors are evaluated.
