《周易》管理思想试探

【摘要】：本文认为 ,易道具有超越性与操作性的统一 ,集中体现了传统中国社会的管理理念。文章着重从三个方面讨论了周易管理思想的特点。一是 ,在肯定“利”作为社会组织形成与发展基本动力的前提下 ,揭示出“利”背后的“义”的作用 ,透视了管理者之“利”与管理之“义”的统一关系。二是 ,区别于以效率为最高追求目标的近现代西方科学管理 ,将“和”确定为评价管理成效的根本标准。三是 ,区别于老子尚阴无为的政治哲学 ,《周易》体现出典型的有为主义的治世理念。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that Yi props have the unity of transcendence and maneuverability, which embodies the management idea of traditional Chinese society. This paper discusses the characteristics of Zhouyi management thought from three aspects. First, on the premise of affirming "benefit" as the basic motive force for the formation and development of social organization, it reveals the function of "justice" behind "benefit", and perspective the unified relationship between "benefit" and "justice" of management. Second, different from the modern western scientific management, which takes efficiency as the highest goal, the "harmony" is determined as the basic standard to evaluate the effectiveness of management. Third, different from Laozi's political philosophy, the Book of changes embodies a typical idea of governing the world.
