管理类人才求职应做好职业准备与合理选择

【摘要】：正当前,管理类职业就业形势不容乐观。目前高等教育几近大众化,各高校几乎都相继开设了管理专业,而且招生规模逐年剧增。而社会提供的管理职位本身就比作业工作要求高、职位少,加上近年来管理专业毕业的人才大都有不现实的过高职业进阶期望,致使频繁跳槽的现
[Abstract]:At present, the employment situation of management occupation is not optimistic. At present, higher education is almost popular, almost all colleges and universities have set up management specialty, and the enrollment scale has increased dramatically year by year. However, the management positions provided by the society itself are higher than the operational requirements, and there are fewer posts. In addition, in recent years, most of the graduates of the management major have unrealistic expectations of advancing their careers, resulting in frequent job-hopping.
