中国特色社会智库科学发展的政策建议

【摘要】：中国特色社会智库是中国特色新型智库不可或缺的组成部分,也是民政工作、智库领域必须重点研究和解决的崭新课题。党中央高度重视,将其纳入中国特色新型智库发展大格局之中。从国家的现实利益和长远利益出发,发挥民政部门职能作用,在政策环境培育引领、优势功能完善与发挥、管理模式科学化、发展模式最优化等方面找出新路径,有利于培育和打造具有国际一流水平的中国特色社会智库,为夯实"四个全面"的战略布局,实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"发挥更大的作用。
[Abstract]:The social think-tank with Chinese characteristics is an indispensable part of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics, and is also the work of civil affairs. The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to it and brings it into the development pattern of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics. Starting from the realistic and long-term interests of the country, we should give full play to the functions of the civil affairs departments, and find a new way to foster and guide the policy environment, perfect and give full play to the superior functions, make the management mode more scientific, and optimize the development model, etc. It is beneficial to cultivate and build a social think tank with international first-class level with Chinese characteristics, and play a greater role in taming the strategic layout of "four all-round" and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese Dream".
