【摘要】：正 创新管理的发展创新管理有三种互有联系的不同含义,一是对创新活动的管理,二是管理要创新,三是创新型管理。这里指的最后一种含义。创新型管理的前提和结果必然是管理创新,同时这种管理的内容理应包括对创新的管理。创新型管理不同于守旧管理,它把创新贯穿于整个管理过程,使管理随着技术、市场等环境的变化而变化,但它也要求整个组织及其组成人员是创新型的,把创新作为其活动的
[Abstract]:The development and innovation management of positive innovation management has three different meanings, one is the management of innovation activities, the other is the innovation of management, and the third is innovative management. This refers to the last meaning. The premise and result of innovative management must be management innovation, and the content of this kind of management should include the management of innovation. The innovative management is different from the old-fashioned management. It runs through the whole management process and makes the management change with the change of the environment, such as technology, market, etc. But it also requires the whole organization and its members to be innovative, regard innovation as its activity.
