申请函与请示选用辨析

【摘要】：在日常工作中,发文机关往往因为各种原因而不能正确选用申请函和请示,严重影响了公文的严肃性。笔者认为,申请函与请示只是在"请求批准"时才容易混淆,只要我们从行文目的和行文关系上仔细辨别,就能正确选用申请函和请示。
[Abstract]:In the daily work, the sending organization often can not select the application letter and the request for instructions correctly because of various reasons, which seriously affects the seriousness of the official document. The author thinks that it is easy to confuse the application letter and the request for instruction only when "request approval", so long as we carefully distinguish from the purpose of writing and the relation of the text, we can select the application letter and the request correctly.
