[Abstract]:The regionalization and integration of the world economy are developing day by day. The internationalization of economic and social activities has become the biggest trend of global development, and the closed development model has disintegrated under the impact of this trend. In the past ten or twenty years, the foreign consulting industry in the world has made great progress. Developed countries are using their own technological equipment, financial and material base to expand the international market. They make more money by undertaking large overseas consulting programs to ensure the success rate of foreign investment, to ensure the export of technology, equipment or contracting foreign projects. For example, the British Association of Consulting Engineers, which has a long history and international reputation, has 1,200 members and 40,000 employees.
