【摘要】：正发文字号是公文的有机组成部分,是公文的"身份标识",在文件登记、文件查询引用、文件归档管理等环节都有重要作用,正确编制发文字号很重要。发文字号由发文机关代字、年份、发文顺序号组成。《党政机关公文格式》(国标GB/T9704-2012)对发文字号中的年份、发文顺序号格式、编排均有明确规定,但对于发文机关代字的拟制,则由于各单位实际情况存
[Abstract]:As an organic part of the official document, it is the "identity identification" of the official document.
