平等性公文种类名称的泛化使用

【摘要】：在现实文书工作中,体现上下有别意义的公文种类名称如"命令"、"指令"等的使用范围日趋紧缩,具有平等意义的公文种类名称如"通知"、"函"、"意见"等的使用范围在不断膨胀。这种状况既适应了整个社会平等意识日趋增强的形势,也解决了一些特殊类型公文选用名称难的问题,但同时也带来了同类型公文标注名称不一,和平等性公文种类名称相互间适用范围交叉等问题,故需调整与规范。
[Abstract]:In the actual paperwork work, the use of official documents with different meanings, such as "order" and "directive", is becoming more and more narrow. The use of equal-meaning official documents such as Notification, letter and opinion is expanding. This situation not only adapts to the increasing awareness of equality in the whole society, but also solves the problem that it is difficult to select the names of some special types of official documents, but it also brings about different names of the same types of official documents. And equality of official documents between the categories of the scope of application and other issues need to be adjusted and standardized.
