【摘要】：正 科技咨询业作为第三产业的重要组成部分,与科技进步紧密相关,是具有旺盛生命力的新兴产业,对促进科技、经济和社会的可持续发展发挥着重要作用,同时为软科学产业化开拓了广阔的领域。在我国大力发展科技咨询业是促进科技经济协调发展的客观要求,是实现科技成果转化为现实生产力的关键环节。而实行有效的管理体制
[Abstract]:As an important part of the third industry, the scientific and technological consultation industry is closely related to the progress of science and technology. It is an emerging industry with vigorous vitality. It plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of science and technology, economy and society, and has opened up a broad domain for the industrialization of soft science. The objective requirement of coordinated development of technology and economy is the key link to achieve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces.
