关于新时期办公室工作的若干思考

【摘要】：随着我国稳增长、调结构、促改革发展格局的不断推进,企业发展所面临的经营环境和形势也变得更加复杂和多样,发展面临的挑战和机遇越来越大。办公室工作作为企业对外的形象窗口和企业内部的协调部门,发挥着重要的上传下达、辅助决策的作用。对办公室实行规范、高效、精细化的管理是信息化条件下企业实现良好发展的重要要求。本文以精细化管理为契机,对办公室工作进行针对性的分析与思考,以期促进办公室工作的合理、高效。
[Abstract]:With the steady growth of our country, the adjustment of structure and the promotion of reform and development pattern, the business environment and situation facing the development of enterprises are becoming more complex and diverse, and the challenges and opportunities of development are becoming greater and greater. Office work, as the external image window and internal coordination department, plays an important role in uploading and issuing and assisting decision-making. Standardized, efficient and meticulous management of office is an important requirement for enterprises to achieve good development under the condition of information technology. This paper takes fine management as an opportunity to analyze and think about the office work in order to promote the rationality and efficiency of the office work.
