大事记语言的基本要求与技巧

【摘要】：正大事记是记述一个地区、一个机关、一定专题、一个历史阶段内发生的重大事情的书面材料.从表达方式看,属记叙文范畴,但又与同属于记叙文的小说、散文、通讯等有很大差别.因此,大事记的语言也就不同于其它文体.一、大事记语言的基本要求(一)准确.大事记的编写原则是实事求是,尊重历史,尊重事实,维护事物的本来面目.在运用语言进行表述时,注意遣词造句的准确,就是贯彻这一原则的起码要求.大事记本身的性质、内容、作用也同样要求语言准确.大事记是档案参考资料,它的素材主要来源于档案或文件,其中有重大的方针、政策、法令、规章制度的制定、贯彻和实施,有区划、地名的变更,体制改革,机构、人事的变动,有重要会议、重大政治活动的情况,有经济建设、科学技术、文化教育等各方面的重大变革和成就,还有重大事故、重大案件等等,反映了该地区、该部门的发展变化,为利用者提供比较全面的档案信息,帮助利用者从纵的方面了解该地区(或单位、或阶段)的大概情况,帮助领导者回顾过去,总结经验教训,更好地做好现行工作.因此记述的准确与否,不仅影响人们
