欧洲虚拟组织结构实证研究的启示

【摘要】：介绍了欧洲组织VERITAS(Virtual Enterprises for Integrated Industrial Solutions)对欧盟区域内虚拟组织所进行的内部结构研究及相应的定量分析。研究结果表明,在虚拟组织实践过程中,结构维度存在很大的差异,但不存在通用的虚拟组织结构设置,从而能保证虚拟组织运作的成功。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the internal structure research and the corresponding quantitative analysis of the virtual organization in the European Union (EU) by the European Organization (VERITAS (Virtual Enterprises for Integrated Industrial Solutions). The results show that there are great differences in the structural dimensions in the process of virtual organization practice, but there is no general virtual organization structure setting, which can guarantee the success of virtual organization operation.
