“知本”创新的动力——期权激励制度

【摘要】：当今企业的生产要素构成已经是资本 +劳力 +“知本”,是以知识为基础的无形资产 ,是一个独立的重要的生产要素 ,它的核心是知识创新。“知本”与其他两个生产要素有机结合 ,即对“知本”创新的人才进行产权化激励 ,有利于推动创新 ,留住人材 ,形成企业的核心竞争能力。股份期权计划最适合“知本”创新特点 ,正成为现代企业的一种重要的激励制度
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the composition of production factors of enterprises is already capital and labor "knowledge based", is an intangible asset based on knowledge, is an independent and important factor of production, its core is knowledge innovation. The combination of "knowledge based" and other two factors of production, that is, to encourage the talents of "knowledge based" innovation by property right, is helpful to promote innovation, retain talents and form the core competitive ability of enterprises. The stock option plan, which is the most suitable for the innovation of "knowledge", is becoming an important incentive system in modern enterprises.
