动态复杂性环境中的组织创新研究

【摘要】:环境是独立于企业组织的外生权变因素,现代企业组织面对日益动态化的复杂性环境的制约,组织必须基于对其环境的科学分析,更加具有战略适应性。如此组织必须积极进行创新才能与之匹配。本文阐述了环境变动与组织创新的互动性关系,提出了创新的四种形式。
[Abstract]:Environment is an exogenous contingency factor independent of enterprise organization. Modern enterprise organization faces the restriction of increasingly dynamic and complex environment. Organization must be based on the scientific analysis of its environment and have more strategic adaptability. Such an organization must be actively innovative to match it. This paper expounds the interactive relationship between environmental change and organizational innovation, and puts forward four forms of innovation.
