通告与倡议书辨析——以某高校一篇通告为例

【摘要】：正通告"适用于公布社会各有关方面应当遵守或者周知的事项",其内容涉及社会的方方面面,使用主体相当广泛。正因为使用广泛,以及使用主体能力与专业水平的参差不齐,通告在应用的过程中出现了混用、滥用等诸多问题。目前多数应用者是在"通告"与"公告"的抉择上举棋不定,也有少数人员对通告的写作要
[Abstract]:The announcement "shall apply to the publication of matters to be observed or known by all concerned parties of society", which covers all aspects of society and is widely used. Because of the wide use and the uneven between the ability of using the subject and the professional level, there are many problems in the application of the notice, such as mixed use, abuse and so on. At present, most of the users are uncertain about the choice between the notice and the announcement, and there are also a few people who write the notice.
