正式组织结构、非正式网络结构与中心性优势

【摘要】:非正式网络结构中心性代表组织中个人的实际权威。本文以职务等级和工作流网络为正式结构变量,以咨询网络和友谊网络为非正式结构变量,探讨它们之间的特点、相互关系,认为处于高职务等级和工作流网络中心性的员工易于获得咨询或友谊网络中心性优势。
[Abstract]:The central nature of the informal network structure represents the actual authority of the individual in the organization. The paper takes the job grade and the workflow network as the formal structure variable, and uses the consulting network and the friendship network as the informal structure variable, and discusses the characteristics and the relationship between them. Employees who are considered to be at a high job level and at the center of the workflow network are easy to get the central advantage of an advisory or friendship network.
