借鉴上海经验,加快推进福建智库建设

【摘要】：上海在智库建设中,首先是领导高度重视。其次是上海建立了逐步发现人才、储备人才、使用人才并奖励人才的智库建设机制,政府与智库建逐步建立了"信得过、用得上、靠得住、离不开"的紧密关系。第三上海非常重视通过长期战略研究来锻炼人才"大将",这些战略研究已经对上海的长期竞争力带来了明显的正面效果。在福建智库建设中,建议从智库、官员及二者互动机制三个方面同时着手。
[Abstract]:Shanghai in the construction of think tanks, first of all, the leadership attached great importance. Secondly, Shanghai has established a think tank construction mechanism of gradually discovering, reserving, using and rewarding talents. The government and the think tank have gradually established a close relationship between the government and the establishment of the think tank, which is "reliable, and inseparable". Third, Shanghai attaches great importance to the training of talents through long-term strategic research, these strategic studies have brought about obvious positive effects on Shanghai's long-term competitiveness. In the construction of Fujian think tank, it is suggested to proceed from three aspects: think tank, officials and their interaction mechanism.
